The profile, with context

More than a name on a leaderboard

See the activity behind participation. Combine the sources enabled in your integration, without making every customer connect every account.

Product activity

Recognize onboarding steps, feature use and milestones from the events your product sends.

Wallet context

Add supported onchain activity and Wallet Score when a connected wallet is relevant to the journey.

Social participation

Bring connected social activity and Influencer Score into the same campaign context.

Referral contribution

Look beyond the invitation to the referred user's participation and your qualification rules.

Signals, scores and segments

A profile explains the activity - a segment makes it useful

User Score provides a summary of engagement. The individual signals provide context. Your segment rules decide what should happen next.

  1. 01

    Keep the source

A product milestone, a wallet signal and a referral are different kinds of evidence. Keep that distinction visible.

  2. 02

    Use scores as context

Consider User Score alongside the relevant activity, instead of treating a single number as the whole customer.

  3. 03

    Define the next step

Make segment membership meaningful: a starter journey, an advanced challenge or an ambassador invitation.

Conceptual flow - not a scoring formula

An unconnected account is missing context, not a negative verdict. Make required signals explicit in each campaign.

Put the context to work

From scattered activity to a relevant next move

Start with one useful journey. Add richer signals when they help you make a better campaign decision.

  2. 02

    Choose meaningful conditions

Define the events, scores or tags that qualify someone for a segment.

  3. 03

    Shape the experience

Use that segment in campaign rules and show the relevant activities in the Widget.

Good questions, clear answers

What the signals mean, how to use them and where the boundaries are.

Do users need a wallet or social account?

Not for every journey. Start with product and campaign activity, then add wallet or social connections where the experience needs them. Decide which signals are required for each campaign.

What is the difference between a profile, a score and a segment?

The profile holds the connected activity. A score summarizes aspects of that activity. A segment groups users who match the conditions you choose, so you can use that group in a campaign or personalized experience.

Does one profile mean Claimr verifies someone's real-world identity?

No. Linking supported product, wallet and social accounts provides campaign context. It is not identity verification and does not prove that every linked account belongs to a unique person.

Can I personalize the Widget for a segment?

Yes. Use the supported integration and tag-based visibility to show relevant quests and groups. Display settings are separate from eligibility checks for actions and rewards.

Are the scores in the preview real?

No. The previews use fictional participants and sample conditions to explain the experience. They do not calculate Claimr scores, update a real profile or award rewards.
