Claimr vs. Galxe

Claimr and Galxe can both power quests, social actions, onchain eligibility, points and rewards. The real choice is operating model: Claimr is engagement infrastructure for your own product and user profile, while Galxe pairs a hosted Web3 quest network with credentials, rewards and distribution.

Customer-facing delivery

Embedded, portal or headless

Use the Claimr Widget, a branded portal or your own UI through the API and SDK.

Galxe-hosted plus API integration

Quests live in Galxe Spaces; Business+ APIs can surface quest and leaderboard data on your site.

First-party product behavior

Native event input

Product events can update profiles, segments, quest progress and automation rules.

Custom credential checks

REST and GraphQL credentials call your endpoint when a participant verifies a quest task.

Social task verification

Multi-network social task catalog

The live catalog includes X, Discord, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and LinkedIn actions; supported activity can also feed Influencer Score.

Broad quest task catalog

Galxe documents X, Discord, Telegram, YouTube, GitHub and other community tasks; authentic X checks use credits or eligible plans.

Onchain eligibility

Wallet intelligence plus direct checks

Tasks cover wallet connection, transactions, balances, token and NFT holdings, transfers, deployments, mints and protocol-specific activity.

Credentials and Galxe Score

Contract queries, asset credentials and Galxe Score can qualify quest participants.

Project-specific user scoring

Unified User Score

Product, wallet, social and referral signals roll into one customer-specific profile.

Galxe identity and reputation signals

Galxe Score and Space loyalty points are documented, but they are not the same model as a product-owned cross-signal profile.

Referral depth

Multi-level lifecycle attribution

Track activation, retention and revenue downstream and use them in Referral Score and rewards.

Quest-level referrals

Fixed or repeatable rewards trigger when referred users claim a qualifying quest reward.

Rules and automation

Cross-signal trigger → condition → action

One rule can combine product, wallet, social and referral inputs and update rewards or segments.

Quest rules and recurring tasks

Galxe supports credential logic, recurring quests and campaign configuration rather than a general product-lifecycle rule engine.

Developer access

REST API, SDK, webhooks and MCP

Use Claimr's interface, build a custom one, or administer campaign structures and tasks through the live MCP surface.

GraphQL API and custom credentials

The Galxe Integration API exposes quests, eligibility, leaderboards and selected social data.

Public campaign discovery

Quests Marketplace in progress

A public preview exists at quests.claimr.io, but Claimr describes it as WIP; do not count it as production-ready distribution yet.

Core Galxe advantage

Galxe offers public discovery, verified Spaces, in-app promotion and co-marketing options.

This comparison uses Claimr's live MCP catalog, current public Claimr pages and Galxe's official product documentation. On September 10, 2026, the Claimr catalog returned 174 non-hidden task types, including 65 categorized as Web3. Catalog entries can still depend on account, project, provider or chain setup. Claimr's Quests Marketplace is marked WIP, and Galxe Starboard is not treated as a live option for new Spaces because Galxe's current task documentation says it was sunset for new creation on August 3, 2026.

How to choose

The differences that matter in practice

This is not a simple feature-count contest. Galxe is stronger when a campaign needs Web3 audience reach, a familiar public destination and Galxe-native credentials or rewards. Claimr is stronger when engagement must stay inside a product and first-party behavior, referral outcomes and reusable user scores need to drive what happens next.

Owned experience vs. network distribution

Claimr keeps the journey in your UI and domain; its public Quests Marketplace is still WIP. Galxe's established network, Space pages and promotional surfaces are already part of the value proposition.

Persistent profile vs. campaign eligibility

Claimr builds a customer-specific profile across product, wallet, social and referral data. Galxe is especially deep in Web3 credentials, quest eligibility and ecosystem identity.

Referral value vs. quest participation

Galxe can reward a participant for bringing users who claim a quest. Claimr is designed to keep attributing those users through activation, retention and revenue.

Choose Claimr when

The experience must feel native to your product, product events should affect progression, or you need multi-level referral attribution and customer-specific scoring after acquisition.

Galxe: better fit when

You want a recognizable, production-ready Web3 quest destination, built-in discovery and promotion, or Galxe's credential, reward and identity ecosystem matters more than owning the full product surface.

Frequently asked questions

Only if your main job is running quests, progression, referrals and rewards inside your own product. Claimr does not replace Galxe's public discovery network, ecosystem identity or every Galxe-native reward format. Some teams may use Galxe for distribution and Claimr for the owned product journey.
