We, CLAIMR SOFTWARE LTD, a legal entity established and operating under the laws of Cyprus, registration address: Georgiou A, 14, Flat/Office 15 Germasogeia River, 4047, Limassol, Cyprus (hereinafter – “we”, “us”, “our” or the “Owner”), are the data controller, meaning that we are the organization that is legally responsible for deciding how and for what purposes your personal data is used and therefore, are responsible for the data processing explained herein.
Our Services may link to other third-party websites and services to make more features available to you. Such third parties may also collect your personal data based on their own privacy notices. Our Services may also be located and accessible from the websites of our corporate customers to provide you with more features and accessibility options.

Access to third-party accounts | This type of service allows us to access Data from your account on a third-party service and perform certain actions with it. These services are not activated automatically, but require explicit authorization by the User. For example, X (Twitter) account access service allows us to connect with the User's account on the Twitter social network, provided by Twitter, Inc. |

For example, we may use Amazon Web Services (AWS) which is a hosting and backend service provided by Amazon Web Services, Inc. |
Interaction with external social networks and platforms | This type of service allows interaction with social networks or other external platforms directly from the pages of our Services. The interaction and information obtained through our Services are always subject to the User’s privacy settings for each social network. This type of service might still collect traffic data for the pages where the service is installed, even when Users do not use it.
