All possible user actions that qualify a user as “active” are listed and managed within the Admin Panel. Any user who completes at least one of these actions is considered an Active User. An “action” means any kind of user interaction that’s triggered by a campaign, workflow, or feature you’ve set up using the Claimr platform. Each subscription plan includes a pre-paid number of Active Users per month, with the option to acquire additional Active Users based on the month’s actual usage.
