# Claimr > Claimr is a gamification and user intelligence infrastructure that tracks product, social and onchain behavior and turns it into engagement, referrals, loyalty and rewards. Claimr is not a quest platform with analytics bolted on. Quests are one module of an engagement and user intelligence infrastructure: it identifies a visitor from their first touch — before any account exists — resolves that visitor into a single profile across product, social and onchain activity, and uses that profile to drive quests, referrals, rewards and loyalty inside the customer's own product.
